Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a caravan, create a contract, or guarantee availability.

5. Online shop orders

When you place an order through our online shop, you are making an offer to buy the goods in your basket.

Your order is only accepted once we have confirmed acceptance or dispatched the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

    • the item is unavailable

    • payment has not been authorised

    • there has been an error in the price or product description

    • we are unable to deliver to your address

    • we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity

    • the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout. Goods will not usually be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided.

8. Click and collect

Where click and collect is available, we will let you know when your order is ready for collection.

Please do not travel to collect an item until you have received confirmation from us. You may be asked to provide your order confirmation and proof of identity when collecting.

9. Returns and cancellations

If you buy goods online, by phone or by mail order, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, and then a further 14 days to return them. This reflects UK distance selling rules.

Returned goods should be unused, complete, in their original packaging where possible, and in a resaleable condition.

For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage unless we agree otherwise.

    • items missing parts, accessories or packaging

This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied by a trader must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
